The 90-day traffic-back guarantee

If, after using SEOApex actively for 90 consecutive days, your organic traffic has not increased compared to the 30 days before you started, we will refund 100% of what you paid us in those 90 days. No forms, no friction — just email our team and reference your account.

What counts as “active use”

Three conditions: (1) at least one project is connected with a valid website URL; (2) we generated and you published a minimum of 20 articles during the 90 days; (3) you did not actively un-publish, deindex, or revert SEOApex changes.

How we measure traffic

We compare the 30 days before activation to the 60–90 day window after activation using either your Google Search Console connection or independent third-party traffic estimates (we will agree on the source with you before refunding).

How to request a refund

Email refunds @ seoapex .ai (without the spaces) within 14 days of the end of your 90-day window. Include your account email and a brief note. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

What is not covered

Add-on services (extra languages, agency white-label, custom integrations) and any usage beyond 90 days are not covered. Discounted lifetime or pre-paid annual plans follow the specific terms presented at checkout, which always include this 90-day guarantee on the first 3 months.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically issue a refund for already-paid periods unless covered by this Policy.
