If your organic traffic hasn't grown after 90 days of using SEOApex, we refund you in full — 100% of what you paid us in those 90 days. Just email our team and reference your account.

What we ask of you

Two things: (1) at least one project is connected with a valid website URL for the full 90 days; (2) you did not un-publish, de-index or revert the articles SEOApex published. Autopilot does the rest automatically, so there is no article quota for you to hit.

How we measure traffic

We compare the 30 days before activation to the 60–90 day window after activation using either your Google Search Console connection or independent third-party traffic estimates (we will agree on the source with you before refunding).

How to request a refund

Email refunds @ seoapex .ai (without the spaces) within 14 days of the end of your 90-day window. Include your account email and a brief note. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

What is not covered

Add-on services (extra languages, agency white-label, custom integrations) and any usage beyond 90 days are not covered. Pre-paid annual plans are covered for the first 90 days: we refund the full amount paid if traffic has not grown in that window.

Cancellations

You can cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically issue a refund for already-paid periods unless covered by this Policy.
