1. Acceptance

By accessing SEOApex you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

SEOApex provides automated SEO content generation, on-page audits, AI-citation checks, keyword research, and related growth features. We may update or improve features at any time.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SEOApex to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or that violates the policies of any platform we publish to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or our backlink network.

5. Plans, payments and trials

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. Free trials convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled. All amounts are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Failed payments may result in service suspension.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not pro-rate partial months unless required by law or covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

You own the content generated for your projects. SEOApex retains all rights to the platform, software, brand, and aggregated, de-identified usage data.

8. Backlink network

Participation in our partner backlink network is optional and governed by additional opt-in terms inside the app. We do not guarantee any specific number of backlinks per period.

9. Disclaimer

SEOApex is provided “as is”. Search engine and AI rankings depend on many external factors beyond our control. We make no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes outside of the explicit Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOApex’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using SEOApex and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware unless local law requires otherwise.
